I commit myself to the following obligations :
·         The sail number of is the same as the hull's registration book
·         My equipment has been inspected  ( hull, sail, dagger board, rudder, mast and boom) and I am able to produce measurement certificates
·         I am bound by the rules of the event and rule number 4 of chapter I of the ISAF rules.
·         To comply with the French Optimist Association Class rules (available for consultation on the website http://promotion-optimist.fr  )
·         To have obtained (if I am a French sailor) the number of POP points, according to POP rules, necessary to take part in this regatta.
 If I do not respect these engagements I will be disqualified from the regatta
         By registering to this race, the skipper recognizes that he or she is the only one to decide and take the responsablility for starting or continuing into the race.
